Program Coordinator: Responsible for planning the REC games, production, crafts, spiritual development, and other necessary items for the camp week
REC Team Lead: Responsible for overall well-being of REC staff. Carries out daily tasks of communication with REC team, Spirit Leads, Field Leads, as well as Executive Director.
REC Team Field Leader: Responsible for carrying out the daily tasks assigned for each REC period; responsible for leading their field members and making sure everything is taken care of on their field. Reports to the REC Team leader.
REC Team Spirit Lead: Responsible for being the “SPIRIT” for their assigned color group. Opening their REC day with prayer with campers, coming up with and leading chants on the REC field and at Hullabaloo/Rally. Being a positive example to each camper and fellow REC member, remembering that their role is not “better than” other REC members. Reports to REC team leader.
REC Team Member: Responsible for leading the Recreation Games with campers, participating in skits, helping with special events, ministering to children during the evening worship, and building relationships by participating in afternoon activities. Reports to Field Leader.
Production Team Coodinator: Responsible for seeing out the overall production of the camp event and ensuring meeting times start on time. They will help write skits for rally times, be the emcee for rally times, and help with overall production of camp. Reports to Executive Director.
Production Team Member: Responsible for participating in and leading during rally times. Required to be on time to rehearsals and set up times. They will lead skits for rally times, help with set up and tear down of rally times, be a healthy presence on the stage. Reports to Production Team Leader.
Intern: Responsible for pre-camp office tasks, helping with planning before camp, administrative help at camp, assisting with ordering and shopping, as well as other tasks assigned by Executive Director.
Camp Health Officer: Responsible for the overall safety and health of the campers by administering daily meds, handling injuries, and any other medical issue
Administration Team Member: Responsible for making sure the offices are functioning during the duration of camp – Duties will vary
